All our creations are hand-blended to order with mindful attention to detail. Product details, pricing, and availability may change without notice as we refine and grow.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are currently placed by contacting us directly (via WhatsApp or Instagram or Facebook ). Payment details will be shared privately once your order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to prepare and ship your hand-blended order promptly. Since each creation is made fresh after your order, delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is crafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage during delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, photos, logo, and product designs — belongs to Zen & Sen. Please do not reuse or reproduce our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
